Stevie Ray Vaughan (1954–1990) was an American blues guitarist, singer, and songwriter, widely regarded as one of the greatest guitarists of all time. Known for his fiery tone, soulful playing, and revival of Texas blues, Vaughan brought raw energy and virtuosity to every performance. With his band Double Trouble, he released landmark albums like Texas Flood and Couldn’t Stand the Weather, leaving a lasting influence on rock and blues before his life was tragically cut short in a helicopter crash at age 35.
